THE PLEDGE” is a simple concept, but it packs a huge punch! When you take it – and recruit your friends, family & coworkers to do the same – you’re pledging to complete a certain # sit-ups and push-ups every week for a set number of weeks.  That’s it! And the best part is, YOU choose the amount of reps that work best for YOU.
Plus, when someone asks, “How do you support the troops?” you’ve got the coolest answer ever:  “I do sit ups and push ups; I took “THE PLEDGE!”
